Hi ~ I have personally had great
relief from allergies and asthma by taking OPC-3 and ORAC. When I added
the ORAC - it seems to make the difference in my asthma. I also take
multitech, b-12, and calcium. But - what helps my allergies (in my belief)
are the antioxidants OPC and ORAC. I take 4 caps
of OPC-3 a day and 2 caps of ORAC. You would want to adjust for
symptoms.
In times when allergies are worse - up your doses. When symptoms aren't bad - go to a lower maintenance dose. It may take several months to see the difference, but I have seen many people get relief from allergies from these products.
Also - another colleague of mine took the Aloe in addition to the OPC-3 and had
great relief from her allergies. Hope that helps.
